KRC is different than most contract manufacturing facilities - we feel we have a vested interest in our customers' product designs. To that end, we as a company invest in our customers' product needs and ideas by limiting or even eliminating standard "job shop" charges like design and prototype fees, tooling, fixturing, and programming expenses. With this change in business thinking, smaller distributors are able to get their small run product ideas out to the market with little to no upfront costs.
While our "target" market is the provision of firearms accessories including a wide variety of scope rings and mounting devices, any projects are welcome!

Great emphasis is placed on assuring consistency between your prints and your final product. KRC was founded upon a desire to to provide customers with the highest quality machined products at reasonable prices. Design Services
With our design services we offer a flexible, low-cost way to see your part in 3D. Utilizing SolidWorks 3D Mechanical Design Solutions we are able to model your part and view it in all three dimentions before the final prints are c ompleted. This allows you to decide if the part needs to be changed from a cosmetic or assembly viewpoint.
During this process we also can make an assembly drawing if the system has multiple components. This assembly drawing can be a very useful tool when it comes to making sure that all the components will come together properly.

Blueprinting
Just need engineering blueprints for an existing part? We regularly provide blueprints for customers that have already had various parts manufactured with other companies but never had an original print made available to them. With this service you can quickly identify new manufacturers in the event that the original shop can no longer make parts.

Company Logos & Customization
Ever thought you'd like to be able to offer your particular accessory with your logo incorporated in the design? Through laser etching, KRC is able to use an electronic copy of your logo or preferred design / text and create a custom product uniquely for your customers. This is a service many of our dealers have taken advantage of - the feedback we've received has been great! |
